2. You’ll be part of our company (and not a subcontractor)
Many other companies prefer to skip the hiring process, working with independent subcontractors. However, Illinois Valley Clean Team doesn’t use subcontractors in any of the services offered!
What does it mean? Simple! If you join the company, we train you and include you on the payroll!
3. You can make a living
We understand that you are here to make a living! After the paid training, you will be traveling to 2 or 3 houses a day to fulfill our cleaning checklists! You don’t have to work long hours to earn enough, as you can make up to $22 per hour!
4. Weekends and major holidays are all yours!
We are not one of those companies that force their employees to work nights or through Christmas! You’ll never work on major holidays as if you were in retail work!
A typical workday begins between 8:00-9:00 am and ends typically at 4:00 pm—or a little later if a job requires it!
Did we mention we never work weekends? That’s right: the weekends are all yours!
